The training program follows a structured sequence of modules, each loosely building upon the concepts introduced in the preceding module. So they are recommended to be taken in the presented order. However, the order is not strictly required for the foundational modules. Topics exclusive for AMC 12 such as polar complex numbers and trigonometry are addressed in the Advanced modules. If student completed similar coursework elsewhere please consult us to ensure equivalency.
The AMC 10/12 Training Program is high school student's gateway to the rewarding world of competition math. The program features four Foundation modules that establish a solid base and two Advanced modules designed to propel students to top honors. Successfully completing this program sets you on the path to qualify for the prestigious American Invitational Math Exam (AIME).
If competitive math isn't your focus, the Foundation modules still offer tremendous value as they build skills to tackle complex problems that require creative thinking and advanced problem-solving skills enhancing traditional schoolwork and ensuring 100% in SAT/ACT exams.
During each session, students engage in lectures covering new topics, followed by solving in class exercises. Homework problems are assigned to reinforce learning, with automatic grading provided through the Star League Online Portal (SLOnline).
